Lacrosse Injury Prevention & PreSeason Conditioning for HS & MS Boys

2022 is here!  We are One & We are Relentless!

Lacrosse Injury Prevention & PreSeason Conditioning for HS & MS Boys currently not participating in a Saint Edward’s Winter Sport (Basketball or Soccer).

When:  

Tuesdays Jan 4th, 11th, 18th from 3:15pm-4:45pm and Thursdays Jan 6th, 13th, 20th from 3:15pm-4:45pm.

Where:  HS Football Practice Field

What we are doing:

1. Dynamic Stretching

2. Endurance Run

3. Agilities & Relays

4. Age appropriate Hand Lacrosse w/ small nerf football.

5. More stretching and on-field strength training.

You will need:

-Comfortable shorts/shirt for fitness training given the varying temperatures in January.

-Sneakers for endurance running.

-Cleats for footwork, agility drills and hand lacrosse.

*I will be starting to hand out equipment for the season all through the month of January for both HS & MS players, prior to January 24th.  

First day of HS & MS Lacrosse Practice is Monday Jan 24th!  unless your HS Basketball and or Soccer season is still ongoing.
