2021 Mandatory FHSAA Paperwork & Prevention Videos
MS & HS Parents and Players,
Please make sure these ALL of these items are completed or you are in process of getting all of this paperwork completed:
Important: if you son played a MS or HS Football or Cross Country this year for SES
or
is playing a Winter Sport (Basketball or Soccer) here at Saint Edward's you may have already completed this paperwork
(some MS students-athletes may not have these totally completed.)
*Videos are homework and the FHSAA requires all student-athletes to complete the following prior to in season practice:

*When you go to the video website link, you will need to create a login if you don't have one for NFHS.org website, and after you complete the course, download the certificate, and either print them or email them to Mrs. Grayson Miller in the Athletic Office.
*Download and print the form(s) above from the FHSAA website, and please take care of the form(s) that pertain to you or your son.
