2023 Seniors

Eli Barin:

Co-Captain, Midfield/Attack/FO, 6'1" 170lbs; Eli solves a lot of problems for our team.  In his development timeline he's specialized in FO and SSDM with great experience in Man Down defense as well as Man Down clearing.  He's also really progressed in his offensive capability both in the 6 v 6 game as well as the Extra Man offensive play.  He has really developed his off-hand for shooting too, which has complemented his ability to be almost uncoverable as an offensive threat.  He brings size, strength, speed, and agility to our team with also great field sense.

Josh Langsam:

LSM, 5'9" 155lbs; Josh plays hard and fast, and leaves nothing on the field of play!  He came to Saint Edward's in ninth grade and was a rugby/football player who was learning how to play with a lacrosse stick.  By his 10th grade season, he was seeing spot roles, and as Junior, he saw "max" time as a FOGO/LSM and really became a lacrosse player who also is a running back and linebacker on the football field.  He's aggressive and makes an incredible impact on the defensive side of the ball as well as in the middle of the field.

Sam Thomas:

Midfield 6'0" and a solid, 175-180lbs specializes in SSDM and transitioning opportunities in offense in the past, and looking forward to this three-sport (football, Basketball and Lacrosse) starting athlete in his senior year.  He's been incredible in his developmental process and is really staged himself to be an impact player this year with his considerable athletic talents and maybe more importantly, his work ethic!

Cooper Naughtin:

Defense  6'4" 175lbs. Excellent stickhandling capabilities in the clearing game, as well as extraordinary in Man-Down Defense situations.  Cooper is a talented athlete that has superb range, and perhaps his best asset is great hand-eye coordination that adds to his ability to clog passing lanes and mirror stick-handlers' ability to pass the ball within his stick length.

Dylan Redmon:

Midfield  6'2" 195lbs. Truly a four-sport athlete, Dylan's presence on our field of play this season will be a welcome addition to our ability to control the middle of the field, sure up our defensive presence, and give us even more capability in our transition game to offense.  Dylan is both strong, quick, and deceptively fast; his physical presence is matched with great instincts developed from years of multi-sport experiences as well as his intermittent work in lacrosse in 8th grade and 10th grade.  I'm looking forward to Dylan's first goal of his senior year with a transition bull dodge on the fast break to the goal with the physical and mental presence that no one is going to stop him; no one!
